This weekend was beautiful one spent at the Big Om Yoga Retreat . I really got to stretch myself and grow in ways I didn't even know I needed to. Over the past few years I've uncovered so much of who I'm not and discovered who I am. And I'm always surprised when I uncover even more.
This year is a huge year of walking new paths for myself and my family. It's a new chapter and I'm so excited to write it.
It's time to bridge what divides us. You cannot be a bridge and stand on one shore. Bridges must have firm understanding and trust in both shores in order to be a solid bridge. I will not island myself. My goal is to give space for others to walk freely, to express their experience and listen to others experiences. Because truth comes from bridging our gaps, not remaining an island.
