Are we ok with this?

Remember this time last year when every post that FB/Media/Government-gods disagreed with wasn't censored? Those were the days. Are we ok with this?

Your "fake news" is someone else's truth. Shouldn't we listen to each other instead of silencing other people?

Freedom of speech is all that minorities and marginalized groups have had when other people have had power and money. Freedom of speech is what allows the outsiders to be heard. It's what allows the voices of the few to become noise to the many. It's what makes change. It's what makes other people HEAR you when you can't make them HEAR you with money and/or power.

Do we not want to hear those we disagree with? How will we ever get to a place of understanding each other if we only listen to those we agree with?
